Green Smoothie
Ingredients

  • 2-4 oz of aloe vera juice
  • 1½ tsp maca
  • 1 tbsp bee pollen
  • 1 tsp 2000mg vitamin C crystals with Rosehips
  • 1-2 tbsp glucosamine, chondroitin & MSM liquid
  • 2 tbsp of ground flaxseed
Directions
Blend all the ingredients and serve chilled. You can also add variations to your smoothie by adding fruits like mango, pineapple, pear and banana.
